Terms and conditions for Virtual Lesson Package 30
Cancellations and rescheduling are to be handled on the LHSM App or Website by you, the client. Refunds/credits will not be issued for missed lessons.
Outside of 24 hours, you may reschedule (via the LHSM App or Website) a lesson during the same calendar week if space is available. We will not reschedule student cancellations made within the 24-hour window. In the event that LHSM has to cancel due to illness, travel, or professional commitment, a full refund will be issued for the lesson. If you have a 45 minute or 60-minute lesson and need to reschedule, you may be given (if available) a 30-minute time slot. No refund will be issued for this.
