Terms and conditions for Monthly Membership - 45 Minutes/Week

Cancellations and rescheduling are to be handled on the LHSM App or Website by you, the client. Refunds/credits will not be issued for missed lessons. Outside of 24 hours, you may reschedule (via the LHSM App or Website) a lesson during the same calendar week if space is available. We will not reschedule student cancellations made within the 24-hour window. In the event that LHSM has to cancel due to illness, travel, or professional commitment, a full refund will be issued for the lesson. If you have a 45 minute or 60-minute lesson and need to reschedule, you may be given (if available) a 30-minute time slot. No refund will be issued for this. Your monthly payment will be handled through Pike13's Autopay system. It is a flat monthly payment based on 4 lessons per month. I agree to let Zach Galindo Music LLC make an automatic withdrawal of $205.00, with a payment method. The number of autopayments is set to 12 payments. 30 days notice is required to suspend or terminate auto payments.
